ADVANTAGE PROGRAM June 1, 2008 – May 31, 2009

All owners of Residential property at Mauna Lani Resort are eligible to apply for membership in the Mauna Lani ADVANTAGE program. Upon approval, members of the ADVANTAGE program enjoy discounts and privileges exclusively reserved for Residential Owners at Mauna Lani Resort.

The ADVANTAGE program includes access to the gated, exclusive, private Beach Club at Mauna Lani and complimentary beach towels. Homeowners receive preferred privileges at the Francis H. I'i Brown Golf Courses, exclusive discounts for Dining, Shopping, Spa treatments and special member rates at the Sports and Fitness Club.

Eligibility
A New Homeowner may submit an application Only Upon Close of Escrow. A copy of the Recorded Deed and All supporting documents must be provided before the application is submitted for approval. There are different types of Membership; Individual, Trust, Business or Multiple. Each type requires a different application and documents. Property owners must have a minimum 33.33% interest in the property in order to qalify for Advantage Benefits. Kindly allow 7 to 10 business days to process the membership.

General Benefits

Annual Membership Fee:
• There are no fees for membership in the ADVANTAGE Program; however, initial applications , subject to approval and annual renewals are required.
  
  

Members Only Special Events:
• Invitation to the annual Golf Tournament with Private Cocktail Reception

Guest Cards:
• ADVANTAGE cards are not transferable. However, you may request Guest Cards for guests who stay at your residence. Guest cards do not entitle bearer to ADVANTAGE. Food and Beverage, Retail or Spa treatment discounts. Guest cards allow Resort rate for golf.
• Tenants are not entitled to a Guest Card.

Golf Benefits

ADVANTAGE members enjoy substantial golf benefits at Mauna Lani Resort•s two world renowned golf courses. Benefits include special rates for owners and guests.


• 50% off prevailing Resort Guest rate.
• Complimentary storage of golf equipment at the golf course while member is on property.
• Guest of member (when playing with member) will receive the ADVANTAGE rate up to (1) guest per cardholder per day. Additional guests will be extended the prevailing Resort Guest rate.
• Practice facility fees for ADVANTAGE members are complimentary with a purchase of a daily greens fee. ADVANTAGE members will receive a 50% discount of current practice facility fees at all other times.

Shopping benefits include:
• 10% discount on non-sale merchandise at the Golf Shop and Mauna Lani Spa Shop.
• 10% discount on Spa Treatments.

Dining
• 15% Discount on Food and Beverage at the CanoeHouse, The Gallery, Bay Terrace, Ocean Grill and Honu Bar. Discount applies to party of six (6) maximum.
• Members will be invited to participate in seasonal dining promotions, reserved Exclusively for ADVANTAGE members.

Sports and Fitness Club
• The Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Club facility includes: Fitness room, Weight room, Steam/Sauna, Jacuzzi, Lap Pool, Locker room and Amenities.

Facility Fees:
• All ADVANTAGE members may pay a daily fee. ADVANTAGE members may receive a Monthly or Annual Facility fee Discount.
